Charter a speedboat
The dramatic coastline between Polignano a Mare and Monopoli is home to a myriad of fascinating caves and rock formations, with elegant architectural wonders perched precariously atop the cliffs. We’ll arrange a skippered speedboat (minimum three hours) to whisk you across the azure blue waters and take in the spectacle. Snacks and drinks are provided, and all boats have on-board facilities. Drop anchor and swim off the back of the boat or simply lie back and soak up the sun. 25ft, 42ft and 52ft boats available for a maximum of 12.
Traditional Puglian cooking class
Learn how to cook the Puglian way. Our private chef will visit your villa and teach you how to prepare a selection of delicious local delicacies over the course of your three-hour cookery class. Source the ingredients yourself or, if you prefer, add on a tour of the local market and your chef will help you find the very best the region has to offer. Prepare three dishes using traditional recipes (yours to keep) and transform some of Puglia’s renowned home-grown produce into a feast fit for a king.
Cook and dine in Conversano
Available for guests staying in and around the Valle d'Itria, Monopoli a Mare (excludes Salento).
Prepare a mouth-watering evening meal inside Masseria San Pietro in Conversano and enjoy the fruits of your labours the Puglian way; slowly and accompanied by some delicious Apulian wine. Your cookery class begins at 5.30pm, with aperitifs and local nibbles served at 6.30pm and your four-course dinner served at 8pm. All ingredients, wines and homemade liqueurs are included, and you’ll receive a little booklet containing all the recipes so you can relive the experience when you get back home.
Sail away
Take to the sea from either Villanova (up to four people) or Monopoli (up to six people) and set sail across the shimmering waters of the Adriatic. Your skipper will show you the ropes and if you’re making a day of it, they’ll even drop anchor and prepare your lunch on board while you swim off the back of the boat.
Go cycling
Whether you’re after a mountain bike for some serious off-road exploration, or an electric bike to do a little of the work for you, we’ll take the hassle out of cycle hire. Delivered to your door or ready to collect in Ostuni, it’s the ideal way to enjoy the magical landscapes and charming villages of Puglia.
