Sarah has worked in the holiday business for 30 years, and remains passionate about all things travel-related. With three teenage children, she has a lot of personal experience of crafting the perfect family holiday for any age group. When she’s not at work she loves walking, sunrise swims and tucking into Greek meze at a beachside taverna.
Favourite Simpson Travel destination: Eastern Crete. I love the ruggedness, the beauty of the beaches, the charm of the villages and the walking opportunities. It's very much the road-less-travelled experience.
Favourite beach: St Cyprien, Corsica. Who could resist, with soft white sand as far as the eye can see and a great beach bar too.
Favourite foodie experience: Puglia. The cheeses, the bread, the pasta and the seafood – I would challenge you to beat it!
Best experience on Simpson trip: A skippered boat trip from Paxos, with dolphins joining us as we reached Anti-Paxos – unforgettable.
